Binding Variations

Please note that product binding varies depending on a variety of factors. For products with higher page counts, we include a sturdy wire-o-binding to make them easier to use. Lower page counts will generally be printed as stapled booklets. Occasionally, if a product is out of stock in our warehouse, we will offer it as a packet of loose, unbound flashcards printed in-house on high-quality coated paper.

Unzipping a Folder

So you’ve purchased a PowerPoint product, but how do you access the files? To make our digital downloads faster and easier to store, we offer them in a zipped folder. You’ll need to unzip the folder to access the individual files. This process is usually straightforward, but will vary depending on your operating system.

Mac OS:
If you are running a Mac, simply double-click on the zipped file in Finder. You should then see an unzipped copy of the folder appear!

Windows OS:
If you are running a Windows computer, there are two options. One option is to right-click on the zipped folder and select “Extract All.” This should open a window where you can select a new destination for the unzipped file. Alternatively, you can double-click on the zipped folder. You should then see an “Extract All” button in the toolbar at the top, which will again let you choose where the unzipped file should go.

Printing Tips

Even if you don’t have access to professional printed services, you can still make flashcards from our PDF volumes that will last! If possible, choose a heavier-weight paper (like card stock) to make the flashcards sturdier. You could also laminate each illustration, or adhere them to a sturdier material like cardboard.

Even if your illustrations get damaged or lost, you’ll always have access to your download! You can reprint your materials at any time. Not sure where to find your download? If you create an account on our web store, your purchased downloads will be stored there. Otherwise, contact us with your original order information and we’ll make sure we get you your materials!

If you are ordering a Print Format of our materials, we will include one copy of the teacher text with your shipment. If you want additional copies included, this is how to add them! A small fee is charged to help cover printing costs.

Did you lose a teaching text for a product you already own, want the text in a different language, or just want to be able to print out additional copies as needed? For a small fee, you can purchase a PDF Teacher Text Download, which will allow you to print as many copies as you need!

Want to be able to display the memory verse in your classroom, or hand it out to your students for them to keep? PDF Verse Posters are available for many of our products. These are free, ready-to-print downloads that include 8.5″ x 11″ posters and smaller memory verse “tokens” in both color and black and white.

For a few of our stories, we have created free PDF Key Word Outlines to help teachers make sure they hit the key points of the lesson, without having to rely on the full teacher text. While we encourage teachers to read the full text in preparation to ensure you understand the full story, we know that many prefer to teach a lesson in their own words! Key Word Outlines list important dialogue and story events with prompts for when to show each illustration.

For a few of our stories, we have created free PDF Simplified Texts. These are shortened versions of the stories that may be helpful if you want to cover the story in a shorter amount of time, or are teaching younger students who might have shorter attention spans.

For some of our resources, we have created coloring pages or activities to help students engage with the lesson. We offer these as printable downloads for you to make copies as needed! Note that, for some of these resources, a small fee is charged.

For many of our hymns and songs, we have created free printable PDFs with a “mini” version of the hymn’s lyrics and illustrations. You can print these out as an activity to help your students assemble a small take-home booklet, so that they can remember the words of the song at home.
