Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Defective stock shouldn’t be returned as a replacement will be shipped at no charge. Bible Visuals International is not responsible for materials lost and/or damaged in Media Mail Shipments.

Shipping Schedule

Please note that your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Our regular shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be received by 11am EST on the previous day to allow for processing and shipment on these days. (Orders to be shipped on Tuesday must be received by 11 am Monday. Orders to be shipped on Thursday must be received by 11 am on Wednesday. Orders received on a shipping day are shipped the following shipping day unless schedule permits otherwise. Since the BVI office is closed on Fridays, any orders placed after 11 am EST on Wednesday will not be shipped out until the following Tuesday.) On weeks of major holidays, there may only be one shipping day which will best accommodate the sending out of orders. If you need your package by a specific date, please contact our office so that we will know when you need it. Some orders may require a Rush fee to get it to you on time. Please see Rush Orders below.

We are able to ship almost anywhere in the world via the United States Post Office. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. For Pennsylvania, Maryland and Michigan customers, sales tax will be calculated on your shipping charges. Some materials will be drop shipped. Please see note below.

Rush Orders

A Rush Order Fee of $5.00 will be added to shipping charges when you request any of the following
Same day shipment on order placed Monday through Thursday prior to 11am EST
Order to be shipped next day placed after 11 am EST on Mondays through Wednesdays
Order to be shipped via Next Day UPS
Rush orders placed after 11am EST Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the next business day. Rush orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Please note that rush orders for translations cannot be accepted because it takes several days for the texts to be copied, especially when large quantities or multiple copies are requested. If you have any questions regarding the shipping date, please contact our office.

DROP SHIPMENT POLICY

Orders sent via drop shipment will have a shipping method selected closest to the time frame of the shipping method you select. However, these items are subject to the time frame and shipping methods of our supplier. Please allow additional time when ordering these items.

PAYPAL CUSTOMERS

Please make sure you set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from our web store and from PayPal to help prevent incomplete orders.
