Please note that goods shipped as ordered may not be returned for credit or exchange without prior permission obtained from an authorized BVI staff member and within 30 days of receipt of order. Digital Files and USBs are non-returnable. Materials returned in damaged condition or after 30 days will not receive credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable as all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Replacements will be made upon request of materials received in a damaged condition. Defective stock should not be returned: replacement will be shipped at no charge. BVI is not responsible for materials lost or damaged in shipment sent via Media Mail.
